During the time I had covid-19, something spontaneous made me buy a guitar, i've played the guitar for around 2 months, from March until now .I'm heavily into guitar songs , so i learned how to play guitar on my own by the internet . So I think what if we can say not only "you were" but also "you was" That's: you were sounds like you speak more polite(formal) and you was sound less polite (informal) ?? Or I m mistaken? And this sounds absolutely incorrect?
