Well she probably did die because the tank probably exploded killing her if she survived that then the Collider got destroyed so that could've fallen on her and the cave got submerged in water so that could've killed her I'd be surprised if she survived all of that and also IO guards are set to be removed at the end of this season and the Foundation boss is set to be removed at the end of next season so with the IO guards being removed at the end of this this could mean that Slone is actually dead but not all of IO since we still have to fight Geno the leader of IO the person who's always been in charge of IO along with Hunt Master Saber and Gunnar if they didn't die because they fell into the Zero Point in the Collision event meaning they could've died
