Big thanks to Matt and everyone at Wheels Through Time for the hospitality! Be sure to checkout their channel, and if y'all are in Maggie Valley, definitely stop by and checkout this amazing museum!
I can't wait till one day I make it there. Listening to him talk reminds me of going to VFW as kid listening to the older vets. I could just listen all day long. I hope he has some apprentice youth learning from him. I hope his knowledge gets passed on.
How sick is Wheels through Time. Awesome, thanks for taking us there. Was great that he spent the time with you so you were able to show us. Definitely looks like a place to go back to and maybe get him to take you on a ride day on some of the old gear.
The collection is incredible only to be out done with the fact most all of them are in running condition. Just incredible. Well done documenting all the footage too!
Been to Wheels Through Time a few times, which is not enough!! Filled with treasures! Haven’t been since Dale passed…he was such a great host and loved walking through the displays, giving the histories and starting up the bikes! Hope to get back there soon!

Enjoying your drops in the past and glad you made it up in what I call my backyard. Dales Wheels Through Time is a fantastic place!!! I visit this place at minimum once a year and donate to keep this place going. They’ve got such a rich history there and a lot of knowledge. It’s also interesting to hear about your experiences riding in the mountains and Twists. Come back up here there’s lot to explore.
the man is a wealth of knowledge, i am so happy that he is doing videos to share his knowledge with future bike enthusiast. just amaze me that everything in there starts and runs, thats what is most impressive to me.

I was able to visit Wheels Through Time back when the founder was still alive. I saw him briefly as I was leaving. Such a cool place. And only about 90 min from the Tail of the Dragon. It rained on me on the BRP as well. The first day it was so bad, I bailed off the parkway on to .. I think 81 to get to my hotel for the night. The next day was much better to me weather wise.

Don’t be silly it can’t be the seven dwarfs, They are too big , 😂😂😂, That was one of the Best Yet, amazing Guys, thank you for sharing your experience, amazing views through the mountains. Shame about the rain. Yes you’ve definitely got to go back, Many years ago I have ridden through the Alps and the Pyrenees, quite a few times, even one occasion, snow falling, piled up on the side of the road, completely unprepared, I had waterproofs, but insufficient clothes to keep me warm, Great territorial really enjoyable , look forward to seeing your next adventure, Phil from the moulin France.

Man. Now that i got a house with a garage, i feel like working on an old bike, car or anything after seeing this… but i should probably finish renovating my house first 😅
It would be hard for me to describe the feeling you get when your bike is a kicker when it starts. And when it only takes one kick. Dude! Best I can come up off the top of my head is, In the moment, That rush that tingle, Yes I said tangle, You feel like, You know what, Mike tyson is a 🐈⬛ but don't be like me, my old shovel started on first kick in front of a bunch of fellow riders, I forgot I had a lock on my front disk, I did a flip over the handlebars. I went from feeling hero to Zero in 2.5 seconds. Most of the time I like to make people laugh, but that time not so much. ✌️
I really wanted to go there, but I just did not have the time after riding the Dragon. I swear all it did was rain on my when I was in Tennessee to ride the Dragon XD
