great soulful version of this young rascals hit, i have a cd of the olympics called ''the olympics meet the marathons'' a greatest hits collection of both groups, but i think i heard that they were one and the same, its a great cd and spans their career from the late 50s to the 60s, thanks for sharing this clip!
I assume this is the original group who did this song but I had never heard it before. The Rascals version is all I ever knew. I have to say they did more than justice to it, making it the classic that it is to this day.
