When I first heard of this i was like im not gonna watch this and it’s weird and I hate this then i watched the trailer and interviews and i now love this

I didnt watch this until Dec '20... and have been so obsessed with THE CAST especially #jolivia (my heart is broken after Driver's License though) but love the chemistry and friendship of the cast!!! Olivia is definitely the breakout star..her VOICE and songwriting skill is just...amazinggggg

Matgo Styles yeah I'm enjoying it it's my favorite show I love it so much it's even my profile pic so it's really good but my sister says omg how can u watch this it's so bad and she says that about everything I watch and this is not it's incredible I used to love HSM when I was a child and now I love this I have all of the DVDs and know all of the words to all of the songs in the movies I'm not upsessed with it if u think I am I know this is a very long paragraph but I normally ignore the long ones but they actually turn out to be the most detailed and the most amazing ones so ok I should probably shut up now okay

i’m actually somewhat excited for this!!! especially since it isn’t a reboot, more like a throwback. since they are putting on the show instead of trying to make it anew. oh also fun fact- I HAVE A TON OF FRIENDS WHO GO TO ACTUAL EAST HIGH SCHOOL IN SALT LAKE CITY UTAH. i went to elementary school with lots of these kids and they go there now so like i could’ve gone there and it’s crazy

Vanessa didn't dissapear... She did Broadway, indie movies, 2 live musicals and the trailer for Bad Boys 3 with Will Smith has been released today.
Corbin is involved in a lot of Broadway plays and performed at the Tony awards a couple months ago. Lucas goes to his shows and supports him. Ashley is working on releasing a new album and there’s a new Phineas and Ferb movie coming to Disney+. Monique was there to see Kenny receive is star on the walk of fame and she has a talkshow and was nominated for an Emmy. And Kenny just wrapped up with Disney’s Descendants.

In my opinion I thinks theres a difference between having chemistry as an onscreen couple and a chemestry in both onscreen and off and when you see olivia and josh they have a great on screen connection and they have alot of chemistry off to and compared to othere actors and actresses it different on and off the camera so I think that they love eachother if that makes any sense...I dont explain stuff outside my head my brain works so differently than others...lol

its not a new high school musical, it had to be high school teenagers because its about normal high school students trying out for the roles, they have their own characters you should watch the show its not what you expect its really good

The new actress that is playing the Gabriella of this show and the blond teacher give me a wierd vibe. I'm not sure why. There's something about them that is kind of odd and unnatural. I liked the trailer and looked forward to give this show a try though

My sister is only 23, and she’s already a teacher. If you get through school quickly enough it’s an easy accomplishment. It’s not bad casting, you just don’t know what you are talking about.

Nah, I work in a school and one of our teachers started at 23. Sure she was a term for half the year but she was basically full time. Now she's permanent and only 24.

Andres Castillo um it’s not millennials. The beginning of gen z also grew up with it. I grew up with it. I remember watching it for the first time when I was 5. I grew up watching the movies and all of Disney. I was a tv-fanatic. So you don’t have to be a millennial in order to have the nostalgia of these old movies/shows reappearing years later

Andres Castillo that’s a really toxic attitude, saying that one is better than the other. As an older Gen Zer, these movies meant A LOT to me and all the kids my age, and we ALL grew up with it. Also, it’s Disney Channel. The point isn’t to relate to it. HSM didn’t appeal typically appeal to High School juniors and seniors at the time, cause it wasn’t made for them (not saying they couldn’t enjoy it). It was made for younger kids. Kids who were the age to typically watch Disney Channel. So don’t assume that the movies were more special to your generation, because, as you said, “don’t try to understand what you can’t”
Davie-The- Potterhead Exactly! Younger kids can grow up for hoping that high school musical life (though it’s kinda unrealistic in some parts). High school musical wasn’t just for high schoolers and I’m pretty sure there wasn’t an age limit on the movie lol. I perfectly understood what was happening when it premiered and because of that I was so excited for high school. It wasn’t aimed specifically for millennials, honey. You millennials need to get over yourself because you guys think that your childhood was so great because these movies and tv shows were only restricted to you guys but that’s not true.

Meaning, you were probably born just in time to be called a millennial. It’s not like an award or something.
