I always look forward to your blogs and seeing what is happening in your classroom. I hope you got a snow day! Thanks for encouraging me to stay positive in the classroom!!
Hi, Michelle! I have also used mystery science and have enjoyed the in-depth lessons and materials. I loved hearing all your updates about i-Ready, science experiments, and incentives for your students. The Office clip about the pyramid was so hilarious! I'm not sure if you got your snow day, but hopefully everything worked out or you will have some in the future. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and fantastic week ahead! 💜
I teach 3rd grade science and never heard of Mystery Science. It sounds like such a great resource. I will have to check it out. Thank you for sharing!
Love the snow day trick! Hopefully you got one. We've had eight full snow days and five two hour delays so far. I've barely seen my students since December.
I agree with you not always giving my class candy. So I often give them crafts from Oriental Trading Company that come in bulk. I buy one fir every month (ex. hedgehog & pumpkins in October, a turkey coaster in November, snowman in a stocking in December). They love it.

Cool! Looks great!
Continue to have fun!
Yes! More science! ! !🎉
The district my kids go to currently has a paid subscription to Mystery Science and they provide all the materials.
Such good videos Michelle!
I love Mystery Science. I have been trying to get my district to purchase it for about 2 years now. I'm still trying.
I like that volcano idea. If it were one of my grade level standards, I would use it.
I have a love/hate relationship with IREADY math
I would love to get the volcano kits for my students, but I have 100 students. I teach 5th grade Science, but i have 4 classes.
