I 'm back! Listening to great doo wop songs like this one. I truly would like to see these times and songs with words with meaning, return again. Maybe I can find it in the Chapel of Dreams. Wherever that is. LOL-LOL In never, never land.
I'm 78. This is one of the first songs as a kid I started to understand what the sax and electric guitar could do for a song, especially one like this. It was also the perfect slow-dance song, which all the guys liked, of course. Thanks!
@@TheRoland1947 That's really Kool. I remember some black kids would sing in the hallways of Jr High between classes back in the early 50's in Philadelphia. They sounded every bit as good as any DO-Wap group on the radio at that time.😀😀😀
We lost The late and great Richard Blandon the original lead singer of The Dubs, I play this great song on my internet radio show the Doowoop Hour me The Masterblaster.
Linda Ronstadt and Tony Orlando in the front row enjoying this classic Doo Wop masterpiece.

What year everyone came out and months
What is the word Leslie sings/says at 2:12?? It sounds to me like he sings/says--Now I worship at it's "Shrine". I am not sure, any ideas??
You got me. I can't call it. I went to Jr High With Him. Can't make out what he's saying though

Yes, sounds like Shrine to me too, which is also what it says if you look up the lyrics.
I have to sing this lead please
Do you have any concerts with Richard Blandon at porcc?
I really enjoy Leslie's spin on the lead. Similar to Blandon's with some slight voice changes. Great group.
Warren on lead? That's Leslie Anderson from Springfield, Ma.
@@TheRoland1947 Your 100% correct. I was thinking of Warren Davis of the Monotones when I wrote my comment. Thanks
Great job you guys blow this rap bull shit away
