Ashton is Wordsmith, Calum is Quietly confident... or as someone already mentioned calm, Michael is routy, and Luke is Seriously silly. Ashton is also sarcastic, Calum is intuitive, Michael is hyper, and Luke is self-depricating. Calum is totally sweet but honestly they all are. Ash is definitely a savage and is the most outspoken.
Ashton is heartfelt, Calum is sassy, Michael is wholesome, and Luke is soft. Easier is the song that made me a 5SOS fan. It will rule my heart forever. The aesthetic seen in both the official mv and the From the Vault version is breathtaking, the production is top tier, and the vocals kill me. I'll never get over it. My favorite era from the boys and a SPECTACULAR depression album to just sit with whenever you are in your feelings.
I LOVE this album and the concept of a toxic relationship shown as a construction of both sides faults, not as a blame the other kinda thing, but a lot of self reflection of what the protagonist did wrong, and being so real and honest about the up and downs of being in one, that's why I love 5sos Ps: you should listen Heartbreak weather by Niall, is a concept album about all the phases of a breakup and how they change everyday, and sometimes in a unpredictable way, like weather
OH MY GOD? this album makes me wanna skin myself alive, pump myself with adrenaline and roll around in the clouds Luke makes me think 'wheezy' cause of his laugh Calum makes me think 'calm' (no pun intended) Ashton makes me think 'dry' cause his humor is so deadpan sometimes haha I love it Michael makes me think 'producer' (though they all are obviously) Bonus nouns: Luke I think "blazer"/ "Chelsea boot" Calum I think "buzzcut"/ "nice skirt legs" (as I should) Ashton I think "red" (red hair Ashton was the era I first got into 5sos) Michael I think "presence" (cause he's always streaming and he lowkey gives off stan twt vibes)
CALM is my favorite album, although i LOVE 5SOS5 for everything it represents for the band, CALM is the album that made me fall in love with them and I think this album is highly underrated by the fandom and the world
UMMMM, excuse me? Why have you only just now popped up on my YT? I loved that video of yours and I'm gonna binge some more now lol Lover Of Mine will always have a special place in my heart. I dragged my boyfriend to their concert last year and he told me his excitement would be hightened, but faked for my enjoyment, since he isn't really a fan, but then he actually cried during this song. In the end, the fun wasn't fake after all
Cause YT hates me BUT IM SO HAPPY YOURE HERE NOW 🤍 lover of mine is so beautiful and I’m so glad youve got that beautiful concert experience to remember 🥹
CALM will forever hold such a special place in my heart! it got me through my last few weeks of college & the beginning of the pandemic like i would just listen on a loop while doing all my work and their little livestreams, videos, and virtual interviews they did for promo became such a comfort for me
i absolutely love your channel and just bc of how much you love the cohesive narrative here i so so so badly want you to react to mansionz by mansionz it’s the only album by the duo of mike posner (he did cooler than me and took a pill in ibiza) and blackbear (he did do re mi) and it’s my absolute favorite album with a cohesive instrumental and deep dive into both of their psyche’s it’s so amazing i can’t recommend it enough
They actually said that "Digging my grave to get a reaction" is about how much celebs are willing to do to get attention, and the worst case they could think about was faking their deaths "changing my face and calling it fashion" is physically changing your appearance
I’ve seen some 5SOS on your stream, but this is the first time I’ve sat down for their full album. I am in. I love your breakdown. I love a cohesive story and appreciate all of your thoughts. I would most definitely listen to that podcast if you make one.
I loved so much your reaction and I was wating for that, as you sai d that you loved more Teeth, you can listen Teeth Live in the concerts from the last year, the way that Luke pronunciates Wife in live is another thing ... thank youuu Alex
I wonder how you would react to Yorushika. They have like the most conceptual albums. "A Loser Doesn't Need an Encore" album being about relationships when you are young. Much like love when you are a youth, but make it tragic. "That's Why I Gave Up On Music" album about Elma singing Amy's songs. Amy, an aspiring musician, moving to Europe after finding out he has terminal illness and sending letters to Elma before taking his own life. Elma following his footsteps and finding his lyrics and diary. Amy's diary comes alongside the album. Yes, N-Buna wrote a diary for this. "Amy" album being Elma's response to Amy. How she felt when they met, when he taught her about music, when he left without a goodbye, when he sent her letters and photos, and when she found his notes, diary, lyrics. "Creation" EP being about a woman who is a musician but died. "Plagiarism" album about the woman from Creation's husband. He plagiarizes songs because he loves them so much he wants to own them. It's an album about a sinner confessing his sins, including the fact that he also plagiarized his wife's works. It comes with a novel. Yes, he wrote that novel for this too.
also, they're known for popularizing songs with tragic lyrics but upbeat or soothing melody. aaand, in their songs except the latest album, either somebody died, somebody wants to die, somebody already died, or somebody is about to die XD
Their first release with American major label (Interscope) and it's really solid album. Andrew Watt for me is their fifth member, he really change the game. Youngblood is my favorite album, but CALM have the best production.
calm has gotta be top tier their best album!!! all of these songs just fuck! also gd i miss you and your streams so much it’s not the same catching up later 😩😩😩
love the analysis of no shame. definitely accurate and very interesting. but also, for me, smb who makes ship playlists, is forever horny, and uses songs as fic prompts, "got no shame, i love the way you're creaming my name" "you got me now, swallow me down"? sex song. on par with one direction's no control xD sorry not sorry
this album is literally skipless and yet SOOOO underrated
unlocking the whole narrative literally changed my entire view of this album, how can something be so good???
Ashton is Wordsmith, Calum is Quietly confident... or as someone already mentioned calm, Michael is routy, and Luke is Seriously silly. Ashton is also sarcastic, Calum is intuitive, Michael is hyper, and Luke is self-depricating. Calum is totally sweet but honestly they all are. Ash is definitely a savage and is the most outspoken.
Savage 😎 I got one
This full album is just constant goosebumps and emotions. It’s just beautiful
Lover Of Mine is my absolute favorite song from them. It's so pretty I cried
Ashton is heartfelt, Calum is sassy, Michael is wholesome, and Luke is soft.

We did! Actually before Calm, I need to post it but I’m kind of avoiding it cause very scared it will get blocked 🙃🥲
I missed it on twitch then 😭
This is still my favorite album of theirs. Absolutely no skips and it hits every time I go back to listen to it!!
OH MY GOD? this album makes me wanna skin myself alive, pump myself with adrenaline and roll around in the clouds
Luke makes me think 'wheezy' cause of his laugh
Calum makes me think 'calm' (no pun intended)

HAHAHAHAHA oh god you made me cackle just all of that I love you
@@alexray_musicI’m a drummer like Ashton and I been drumming for 8 years ✌🏻
I love how I had a headache just earlier and now it's gone. Music has always healed me of my headaches.
this is my favorite 5sos album, it's just SO GOOD
CALM is my favorite album, although i LOVE 5SOS5 for everything it represents for the band, CALM is the album that made me fall in love with them and I think this album is highly underrated by the fandom and the world
That’s so many people’s gateway album 🩵
thats my favorite thing in Teeth too XD I love things like that in songs
Wow, that was such an experience to see the album in the whole arc way
Thanks for hanging out with me 🥹

You don’t know what you’re asking for BUT OKAY 🥰

So glad to have converted you 😜
Another one of my favorite album
I loved so much your reaction and I was wating for that, as you sai d that you loved more Teeth, you can listen Teeth Live in the concerts from the last year, the way that Luke pronunciates Wife in live is another thing ... thank youuu Alex

This album is so amazing, is totally skipless, I love it so much
the harmony on the second verse of lonely heart is sierra
the way you explained the narrative with kill my time , now this album gives me pride and prejudice vibes .
They’re so underrated
Love your channel! Greetings from Argentina 🇦🇷❤️
Thank you, love! 🥰
Please react at “Superache” by Conan Gray, is such a masterpiece and the lyrics are so so beautiful, I think you gonna love it
Yes!
not sure if you’ve listened to 5sos5 yet but if not you’re gonna love it
You are so going to lose it when you hit Superbloom (either album or live concert).
Their first release with American major label (Interscope) and it's really solid album. Andrew Watt for me is their fifth member, he really change the game.
Youngblood is my favorite album, but CALM have the best production.
Fav song : No Shame
Worst Song : Not In The Same Way (repetitive instrumentation, not playable live, repetitive chorus)
this album screams calum vibes, it could have been called CALUM lol
Alex pls make a 5sos5 video, I know you've heard it but now with all the behind the other albums it would be super cool to see!!
I'd love to if you guys wouldn't be annoyed with me knowing every song :)
1:07 this is dangerous to ask for adjectives that come to my mind😅
Hahaha SPILL 😉
@@alexray_music you want this to be blocked?🤣 it’s not PG appropriate all I’m going to say 🙈
Can you react to 5 Seconds Flat by Lizzy McAlpine?
omgg yes pls
Have you seen their "From the Vault" performances? They're 🔥🔥🔥
is there a way to see the blocked reactions?
They’re all on my Patreon! Some are free!
