I know you usually only go so far with them and it's no bother, but please can you take this one further maybe until Jack is grown 🙏🏼 You did something with this one and I think a lot of us fell in love with this family, which is a broken sim rule. But we can't help it. ❤
I'm not someone who is terribly interested in on-going family let's plays, generally speaking, but I love this one. I'm not even sure I know why, but I'm all invested in this family.
I think the parents should get divorced, and we see how the parents try to have their own lives. Since it seems the Dad always wants to cheat on the mom and is never around.

this series is so interesting. it was supposed to be a one-off video of brooke being pregnant with jack and blossoming into having two kids, a third on the way, finding a husband and having two cats (used to be four) from adopting a stray. god i love this series, can't wait to see what comes next

Hey Karla! You can disable acne in pack settings. I think you have to click on gameplay options first? My game is updating or I would check the exact path. They will be removed after you disable it and then you can enable again after if you’d like. Thanks for all the great content :)

About Jack not getting enough sleep in his bed maybe it's low in comfort? cheaper beds often give less rest than more expensive ones
You can always add a second floor for new baby's room or smth, ya'know?

3:07 A tip for Character Value Traits: You have an option to Encourage good behavior after your child does certain things. So when Jack starts his homework, he'll gain a little Responsibility, but if Brooke then Encourages Doing Homework, he'll gain more. (Also, if he does something to lose points in a character value, having Brooke Discipline him will actually raise it higher than it initially was.)
I find Responsibility (doing homework, taking out trash, caring for pets) and Manners (washing dishes, setting the table, friendly introduction to new Sims) to be the quickest/easiest to improve.
Emotional Control can be improved by writing in a journal or jogging (specifically "to clear mind") when in a bad mood. Conflict Resolution: apologize after an argument (and/or be Disciplined for arguing in the first place) or help Sims fix bad relationships with others. I think "discuss sad/angry/etc. mood" raises Empathy, as does Disciplining for "being mean."
Whenever Jack improves a trait on his own, see if Brooke has the option to Encourage him (under the Parenting category), and remember that both Encourage and Discipline will improve the relevant trait!
The Encourage social also counts as Discipline for the purposes of the "Discipline Your Child 5 Times" aspiration task. You can Encourage good behavior, instead!

My teens ALWAYS age up with acne. The only way I have gotten rid of it is to go into game options, turn off the acne in gameplay options, apply changes, then press play in live mode to let the acne disappear, and then you can go turn it back on after that

I think the spots that stay after playing with a teen sim is because their skin wasn't taken care of when it popped up. Idk if its glitch or if its meant to be acne scars? The only thing i know to prevent it, is to clean your teen sims face often.

i binge watched the whole series in about two days and honestly i cant stress enough just how good it is. i fell in love with this whole family, the side drama of Brooke family with the cheating father who looks incredibly gay 😭, the helicopter mother who somehow wasn't able to notice her teen daughter had a full on pregnancy and baby-then-toddler living in the attic, Brooke slowing but surely building up her life, raising a good kid, working, getting her HS diploma, all this little moments have been so good. your narration also made it all and extra mile more funny 😭, I've been laughing my ass off so many times. girl you just got yourself i new subscriber
