We check what is the minimum requirement to beat the bosses when Niantic has announced the content of next month. We did theorize which bosses can be solo/duo but we only check in detail when it happens
@@pogoraidsgameplay2527 Cool. I also sometimes try to make different raid challenges like only using certain pokemon or using no STAB moves etc. But I'm not quite as good with energy management as you guys, so I generally need some more slack in the sims 😅
bro need your help again: what is your advice for the new dynamax birds as damage dealers? i would go: articuno: charizard moltres: Toxicitriy or Blastoise zapdos: Lapras or? or is Gengar really better bc of attack stat?:o if you have some advice would highly appreciate it :)
No move reset: Articuno: Lapras + Metagross or Excadrill or Lapras + Toxtricity/Charizard Zapdos: Excadrill x2 + Gengar/Lapras Moltres: Blastoise x2 + Charizard/Toxtricity With move reset: Ancient Power/Icy Wind Articuno: Excadrill + Toxtricity Ancient Power/Thunderbolt Zapdos: Excadrill + Lapras Ancient Power/Sky Attack Moltres: Excadrill + Toxtricity Articuno has low attack/high defense, with Electric weakness. It is very similar to Lapras. Charizard has only 1 base attack difference to Toxtricity so it works the same mostly. In terms of tanking, Ancient Power hits Lapras less than Blizzard on Blastoise, which means Ancient Power is not that much of a problem and Lapras works better as tank overall. Zapdos is only weak to Rock/Ice moves, and there is no Dmax mons with Rock-type fast move. Even better, G-Max Resonance is only 4% stronger than G-Max Terror. a Lv50 Gengar would be better than Lv40 Lapras. On defense-side, there is not much to talk about, Excadrill resists all its move and have access to 0.5s fast move. Moltres is the most glassy one out of 3, with Water/Electric weakness. However, Blastoise has low attack so it is not a choice this time and Toxtricity would be the main cannon. Moltres is glassy in both a good/bad way. The downside is it has 160 base power STAB Overheat which can only be single-resisted at best. A resisted Overheat is still significantly stronger than Ancient Power/Sky Attack. So trying to use a Steel-type to catch them is trying to make an easy moveset easier at the cost of making hardest moveset even harder. Blastoise x2 would be the best for defense.
@pogoraidsgameplay2527 thx soo much man!! i heard from someone that you can also use dynamax articuna against zapdos? as an attacker is this really viable no or? bc the gmax attack moves are just soo much stronger or?
Great information!! Thanks so much. Git a question, wouldn't consider rockslide fir excadrill with moltres? No stab, but didn't know if damage/resistance would still be worth considering?
@@Paradox-Of-Fate i can answer you that :) overall you never really use any charge type moves since dps wise they dont really do a lot of dmg and since every attack outside of giga/dynamax phase is just there to get to those phases as quick as possible quick fast attacks generate more energy to get to those phases its like every attack generates at least 1 point and rockslides maybe generates 3 points but it takes the time of like 4 quick fast attacks + you can't dodge in the timeframe so also scary most of all the damage is always done in the giga/Dynamax phase thats why you dont really use any charge attacks at all since the dmg for maxed G-attack is like 450 Base power without multiplier thats why only rock type g-max/d-max moves would be viable to take otherwise you just loose dps + time you need
As always, your videos are much appreciated! At least they give me hope, although many times I struggle to get the same results.😂
It certainly is tricky to time the charged move well for gemless Shadow T5 Raids.
Is there any list of categories for raid solos/duos, or do you just make them up as you go?

overall you never really use any charge type moves since dps wise they dont really do a lot of dmg
and since every attack outside of giga/dynamax phase is just there to get to those phases as quick as possible
quick fast attacks generate more energy to get to those phases its like every attack generates at least 1 point and rockslides maybe generates 3 points but it takes the time of like 4 quick fast attacks + you can't dodge in the timeframe so also scary
most of all the damage is always done in the giga/Dynamax phase thats why you dont really use any charge attacks at all since the dmg for maxed G-attack is like 450 Base power without multiplier

Nice, what is full spec? No using stones? Sorry the ignorance
yes it means no gems, or fighting Registeel at its full strength.
