すき焼きは野菜や牛肉を醤油ベースのつゆで煮込むことが多いですね🤔

For the dish wash try to use “Kitchen Dishwashing Liquid Pot” the tool dispenses dishwashing liquid when you press it
I have it, I believe it is derived from Japan;
The price is economical too, extremely convenience
For the sponge, I use EVA sponge and cut it into a square;
I cut enough to fit into the dishwashing pot

I really like watching you guys cook. I wouldn't have added salt to the bacon and eggs though because bacon is already salty. I am on a low salt diet though so it is just my personal taste. The hot pot looked so delicious. I suppose storage is an issue but it's cool watching you shop for your meal ingredients just before you cook. We used to do that in New Zealand in the 1950's and early 1960's but since supermarkets with their lower prices forced suburban grocery stores to close, people now go to the supermarket once every one or two weeks to buy what they need. To do that, plenty of fridge, freezer and cupboard space is needed. I always look forward to your videos, watching them is like meeting up with friends. Thank you for sharing your lives with us.
