Just a tip: it comes out cracked because it's not conditioned. Great video!!! 🤩

It cracks no matter how conditioned the clay is. Maybe a softer brand would make a difference?

If you condition and soften the clay up first, it just glides out so much easier and wont hurt you so much.

Thanks. I think it's also brand specific i.e. if working with a stiffer clay like I do, it doesn't matter how conditioned it is.

I have found these extenders near impossible to use even with very soft and conditioned clay. I just roll my own with a centered wire and cut them.

I think it's easier to get smoother results that way. I think extruders can be useful if you want a particular profile (like a semi circle) that would not be easy to roll.

What about baking temp and time? I baked mine at 275 for over 2 hours and they are still not hard.

Your baking temperature is going to depend on the brand of clay you used, so you need to check the information from the manufacturer. Baking time is determined by the thickness of the clay you've used. For beads of this thickness 30 minutes should be sufficient.
Do you have a separate thermometer inside your oven to confirm that this temperature is being reached (not just what your thermostat is set to)?
When you say not hard do you mean still squishy or still flexible? If you used plasticine instead of polymer clay it will never harden. The rigidity of the baked polymer clay depends on the brand you have used. I like Fimo Professional which has a nice balance between baking strong but still keeping a little flex.
If your "baked" polymer clay is brittle or cracks easily it probably has not reached the required temperature.
I usually pack my oven cold, heat it up to the required temperature (based on thermometer inside oven not oven setting), time for 30 minutes and then turn the oven off and leave the items in the oven until it cools. I also place my polymer on a ceramic tile inside the oven (not directly on the wire or metal tray) to help even out the temperature.

Bonjour il faut les mettre au four combien de temps ?

It depends on your brand of clay. Check the instructions on the wrapper. Also make sure you have the correct temperature.

Where do you get the adapter?

I bought mine online but it was years ago so unfortunately I can't remember exactly where. I have a Makins extruder, so I got the adaptors to match that. You should be able to find them with a google search e.g. Makin's Claycore Extruder Adapters.

Yes I think you are right. I had to do some stringing gymnastics to use them.
