[Binaural Recording] Organ Stop Pizza: Glenn Tallar Opening Set 6/6/2024

Back again this time on a Thursday afternoon. Experience the sights and sounds of Organ Stop Pizza again. This time we get to hear Glenn Tallar play his opening set with some new and returning tunes. This is my favorite place to go and see the mighty instrument in action. The Osmo Pocket 3's one inch sensor is light years better then the old Samsung phone I have. There is a night and day difference in the visual quality from the first video I did here.
This is a Binaural Recording which is best experienced using headphones to recreate the 3D Stereo soundscape. Video Recorded on a DJI Osmo Pocket 3 and Samsung S21 Ultra. Audio Recorded on a Zoom F3 Field Recorder with the SonicPresence SP15-Pro XLR Stereo Binaural Microphone set.

SO COOL!! I just ran across this musical program and it reminds me of when I lived in the Greenwood neighborhood of Seattle, WA. There was a Pizza and Pipes restaurant there that had a medium sized Wurlitzer that I just loved! We went nearly every weekend and I was always an organ enthusiast but i played mostly church organs. But to have a real Wurlitzer so close was unbelievably thrilling! And i still love good theater organs, so this one is right up there in my estimation and enjoyment! Thank you for posting!

Organ Stop Pizza in Mesa Arizona home to what was the worlds largest Wurlitzer organ of 4 manuals and 82 ranks that's around 6000 pipes!
There are some fantastic recordings of great American theatre organists who have graced the bench like Charlie Bologh, Lew Williams who is a personal favourite of mine, Ron Rhodes, and many others! I would love to go there but it's a bit of a trek as I'm in the UK!

I hope the pizzas are equally cheesy 🤓. Seriously, a splendid sound. It would be an excellent advertisement for the restaurant if we were told where it is, because ….. people outside the US have actually progressed past the Stone Age and have UA-cam too !

hey if you ever decide to go again and film try showing yourself walkimg sround the outside of the building because on the outside there are some windows that show the blower room (the machines supplying air to the organ) and if you go walk around the back of the building some more youll come across a window with the largest pipes in the entire building
and maybe you can show yourself reqquesting songs or maybe whenever the trumpets behind you in this video go off you can record them
just some thoughts but keep up the great work
