THE perfect Fertilizer and Biostimulant combo for Zoysia and Centipede grasses

This is our second fertilizer application of the year, after applying the YM 12-12-12 starter about 45 days ago. Today we applied Ecologel Greens Plus 14-4-10 and CytoGro, followed up with an application of Talstar P. Greens Plus went out at 10.5 oz (.125 lb of N), CytoGro at .4 oz and 1 oz of Talstar P (Bifenthrin) per 1,000 ft2.
Apply Greens Plus every two weeks at about 9 oz /1,000 ft2, CytoGro at .4 oz/1,000 once a month and one oz of Talstar P/1,000 ft2 once a month. CytoGro is a horomone biostimulant, similar to RGS that helps promote root growth. Talstar P is a general insecticide to control insects from the thatch layer up through the grass blades.
Greens Plus (14-4-10) is a soil-applied NPK blend comprised of slow-release nitrogen from urea-triazone, a highly stable phosphorus source, and a less caustic source of potassium for superior turf management. CytoGro is an EPA registered hormone biostimulant derived from seaweed extracts that blend cytokinins and natural synergists to stimulate root growth and increase the turf’s strength against stress.
