I’ve had my VertuoPlus since August and I loveee it! I’ve had no issues and when I first decided to get a Nespresso machine I saw several people complain about their VertuoNext breaking and that’s the reason I opted for the Plus machine. Nooooo regrets
I'd seen more people with broken Vertuo Plusses than people with broken Vertuo Nexts. They Plus seems to suffer from leaking problems no matter which model (DeLonghi or Breville).
I’ve personally had the NEXT and decided to return it after doing more research, the PLUS does brew better crema, you can see a HUGE DIFFERENCE almost, its very silk and not as crusty like the NEXT. Also the PLUS brews hotter coffee I think it goes to 150*-160* not sure but it’s good for you because I love hot coffees. The automatic head itself already sold me out on it, the NEXT was definitely harder to do and having it in a smaller body doesn’t even help it too. Also it color matches with your OL machine so that’s good. I love my VERTUO PLUS compared to the NEXT.
I saw all of those differences as well. I wish I would have done more reasearch before buying it. Sometimes I’m just stuck on buying the newest thing but honestly the NEXT has nothing ok the PLUS and Im so glad they gave me the option of trading my broken one for the plus.

So first of all I love your videos I’m brand new to Nespresso and I was going to purchase the next but I am so glad I didn’t because I’ve heard so many bad things about it breaking I’m definitely going to get the plus my only question is the first initial cleaning after you unbox do you have to wipe anything down on the inside like where the pod goes or just run the water through? Thank you! The manual just instructs to run the cleaning cycle and I think that should be enough. The water passes through that whole area during the cleaning cycle. If you feel like wiping down you can. It won’t do any harm
Congratulations on your new Vertuo Plus machine! I’ve been a Nespresso consumer for 15 years and using Vertuoline since it came out in 2014. Currently I have the Eluvo plus Vertuoline and just love it. The Next Machines are noisier than the machine series that you and I have and I think the Next was designed to get a Nespresso machine in to every household, my mom got a purple next machine during Black Friday promotion and she loves it but said it made more noise than her Vertuo Plus. The water tank articulates on your machine too. I think you got a big upgrade. Thanks for your videos!!! Nespresso is one brand that brings a smile to my day, every day.

Thanks! The machine started leaking coffee from underneath. I did some trouble shooting with Nespresso over the phone but they couldn’t fix the issue which is why they sent me a replacement machine and I went with the PLUS. Make sure you register your machine though!

Weird request, but could you possibly measure how long the machine is when the water tank is to the side? I have very limited counter depth and I'm hoping it can magically fit on my counter when the tank is off to the side lol. Loved the video!

Nespresso are so sketchy. I had a next machine break on me as well they replaced with a plus and the box that came had the wrong manuals. I’m suspecting they sent me a refurbished unit if this one breaks I’m done with nespresso.

I spent a good 30 minutes standing in the aisle trying to figure out the difference between the Next and the Plus, but couldn't quite figure out what was so different other than the way the look and that the Plus holds more water. Kinda wish I would have seen this video before deciding. But I'm new to Nespresso so I'm just excited to finally have a machine. Let's see how it goes. Have been enjoying your videos so far. I bought the Vertuo next for my husband’s birthday in March and this morning wasn’t working. I have to say their costumer service is amazing. Since I tag them on IG, I sent them a picture and told them what was happening in PM. They answered me right away and got a called from costumer service. Got assisted but since it didn’t work, they are sending a new machine.
Do you have to pay shipping to return the old one? I’m having issues with mine and it’s only a few months old. I love the coffee it’s so delicious compared to keurig!
@@molivar5 I didn’t. Contact costumer service they are amazing. They will guide you through it first to find the issue. If need it, they will replace it.
I got off the phone with customer service today. They are replacing my next machine after having to call them twice in three days for the same problem. They were going to replace it with another next machine but I asked for a different machine. I was able to get the exact same machine in white (it was the only color available in the plus line). Can't wait to have a machine that works. I loved my color of the next, it was black and rose gold, oh well.
I bought the Vertuo Plus deluxe in matte black on eBay for $99! It was new in box. It came with the aeroccino 3 but it was DOA. 😕 Luckily I have the Mirroco milk frother already! I am absolutely in love with my machine. Maybe a little too much! 😂
Your machine should have come with a sticker that has a lot of numbers. That’s the serial number. You then go to Nespresso website and create an account and then register under registered machine or my machines
No they brew hot but they are supposedly made to brew over ice so they don’t taste watered or loose flavor, I don’t know if that’s BS but they are pretty tasty

Mine doesn’t do that usually, if it bothers you or interfere a lot with coffee making I would call their customer service and trouble shoot it

I think You have the deluxe plus. They say it has a bigger water tank but not much difference other than that.

So from left to right with the tank on its side it measures about 10 1/2 inches

Does it automatically know how much to brew?? Since some capsules are bigger than others
The pods have a barcode that the machine reads, you press one button and the machine does the rest depending on the capsule

I haven’t had issues with coffee not being hot so I can’t help you with that sorry! Hope you get it fixed! If not maybe ask for a machine replacement

Thinking about buying a nespresso machine. I love coffee!! but I haven’t explored different coffee, pretty much just always order a Carmel macchiato.
