Tired of SAS being a bandwagon jumper when things look a little cloudy. Knicks been playing the same style all season, same guys been out the entire post season except OG. We will win Tuesday night and ultimately, the series! Stop being a fair weather fan Steven!!!!

He’s not a fan at all. He’s paid by ESPN to act like one. He likes to gas up the Knicks when they do good, to rise them up really high so he can slam them on the ground act like Knicks fans should be on suicide watch so as things get hard. He is paid to destroy the Knicks as a brand.
A man can destroy with compliments even more than he can with blatant negativity
SAS is pretending to be a Knick fan.

Genuine question for Stephen A but anyone can answer really; I'll first admit that I don't watch all the media channels that talk about basketball so I may just have missed stuff but anyway, my question is why do we not expect what would be called "role-players" to step up when the stars are hurt? I mean obviously there's expectation to at least play decently but should there not be more pressure on the back up players? In short, should we not expect the "lesser" players to work on their weaknesses and become better? That way, in the event that a key player is hurt, there's just an easy sub.
In a perfect world you would have a whole team of players capable of being at least good at every aspect of the game (at least that's how it is in my mind) so, should we not expect specialists to become more balanced players? I suppose it just comes down to strategy with what players you want but... did any of this make sense?

the time to say this out loud was as soon as OG was declared out which was before game 3 But no one said it cause the Knicks lost game 3 in the final seconds. It should have been said BEFORE gams 3. That's when the odds on the Knicks dropped from 6 to 1 to 3 to 1
