If the one from Sweden 2005 turned 16 in the contest's time, she's a year younger than @lex). Youngest: I think it's Tatyana from Russia 2019, who was born in December 2009.
The youngest performer is actually Nicholas (Greece, 2003) since he was only 8 years and 4 months old at the time. But that was before the rules changed

i just have to say this, if 2016 was set up as any other year, so included televoting/online voting armenia would have won hands down. It was one of my favourite songs on the night and it is still my favourite song of the 2016 contest to this day.
