We moved to Midlothian when I was 17 and I lived there until I got married almost 3 years later to my husband, and I moved outside of Fort Hood where my husband was stationed at. Briefly lived with my 2 little girls in Waxahachie when my husband was doing a tour in South Korea. Spent some time in Fort Riley, Kansas and then Fort Polk, Louisiana until my husband medically retired from the Army. My husband is originally from California but preferred living in Texas, so we moved near my family. I have a sister in Joshua, brother in Mansfield and his son's in Arlington, other brother and his family in Waxahachie and originally my parents were still in Midlothian when we moved to Burleson. They moved to a smaller home in Waxahachie after my dad was diagnosed with cancer because it was closer to his medical appointments and it was also closer to my brother there, too. We've been in Burleson for 11 years now. I remember when this town was much smaller and Mansfield, too. So much changed, including going through Rendon going into Mansfield down 1187. I remember when it hardly had anything but homes down that road.
