- Ingredients List
For Tortilla Wrap
---------
2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp thyme or mixed herbs
1 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil (to brush onto the wrap whilst cooking)
For Jerk chicken Strips
-----------
Debone 1kg chicken thighs and cut into strips
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tbsp jerk seasoning
1 tsp green seasoning
1/2 tsp browning
For Fresh salad Filling
-----------
1 medium carrot grated
1 slice purple cabbage sliced
1 slice white cabbage sliced
1 tomato chopped
1/2 cucumber sliced
1 small carrot sliced
For sauce
1 tbsp mayo
1/3 tsp mixed herbs
For Sauce to pour onto wrap
-------------
1 tbsp honey
4 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tbs ketchup
2 tbs water
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)

I use walkswood spicy seasoning as well and it never occurred to me all these years how chefs get that dark brown off the drum grill color I was missing the browning.

Well i go out if need to buy stuff and to get those seasonings there are supermarkets near me that sell certain seasonings like jerk....etc but haven't notice the coconut spray. I would have to look.
