I found it interesting that director is a male but yet, he managed to get female gaze into this series. It wasn't unexpected because his previous work was gentle with love scenes in het romance. He even agreed that certain BLs has overused sexual scenes. That's why that couple in his het romance, were so shipped well. All of intimate scenes are improvised by FreenBecky with only one take. They never had a rehearsal or practice. They also did their homework on sapphic movies/films before shooting. In next ep, it's even hotter but still sensual and has female gaze. All director had to do is say "action" then "Cut! Cut! Freen! Cut! Becky! Cut!" But FreenBecky still continued 😂 Poor director. He must have been torturing his voice box.

I'm surprised no one picked up on them being together either. They are so obvious. Sam really needed to tell Kirk that she only talks to him because of her grandmother! 😂 How fast I would tell him boy bye! Even if she is doing for her grandmother she should at least be honest with him about it.
lol you dont even bother to memorize Kirk's name. this episode is so good that we all cant stop smiling towards the end (well, not before Sam and Mon officially dated tho)
I imagine that Mon was still a trainee/in the “probation period” like Chin said, so she could be let go without a need to justify it beyond “she wasn’t a good fit/wasn’t good enough”. But we know Sam’s reasons 🤦♀️ these two fools had my heart in a chokehold with all their miscommunication! To be honest, though, I felt for Sam when she tried and failed to express her feelings. Years of repression biting her in the a$$. And Mon got me crying from that first goodbye. Seriously… 💔
I live in Georgia, one of many "at will employment" states, where you can be fired at any time with or without reason. Gotta love GA 😮💨 Pretty sure this situation would be grounds for a lawsuit even here though lol

I don't think we will get to see Tee/Yuki's relationship like we originally were. I heard they had to cut their scenes because they ran out of time filming. I do think they could still make it work though if they go the same route as the novel instead. At the end of the novel, we find out that Tee has had a secret girlfriend the whole time. In the novel, she is just some unnamed mystery woman but they could have it turn out to be Yuki in the series. If they choose to go this route though, it means we won't get to see much of their relationship development. This is a bit disappointing as I too was looking forward to seeing their relationship develop as well.
It wasn't illegal to date your employees in America but it was against the rules in a lot of companies. In some states spouses couldn't work together and if they did it had to be on different shifts. As a boss you might not want to give special attention to the person your dating but I'm sure you would in some form or fashion. Just like you said if your the boss and you fight with your significant other you can fire them. It should still be against the rules to date at your workplace.
