Its historic sites include Golconda Fort, a former diamond-trading center that was once the Qutb Shahi dynastic capital. The Charminar, a 16th-century mosque whose 4 arches support towering minarets, is an old city landmark near the long-standing Laad Bazaar.

First picture of Charminar is fake, it was constructed in 1591 and world's first photograph was taken in 1826. Looks like photographer time travelled to past to take picture of Charminar under construction

This is so old you can't imagine how everything is so separate means look at Charminar from Golconda fort so much distance, It looks like we going another town distance between Golconda to Charminar.

Up until 1950s, the old world charm of Hyderabad-Secunderabad existed. The 1980s expansion destroyed the old world charm. The city size has now grown immensely, generated wealth and employment and ushered in modernity. But alas ! Many heritage buildings are in dilapidated condition, which is pathetic. Except for Charminar, Qutab Sahi Tombs, Falaknuma Palace and Golconda Fort, at least 30 other important heritage buildings have been allowed to be destroyed by successive Govts. The Telangana Govt should under take to restore the old Glory of Hyderabad, one step at a time. 👍

Falaknuma ki spelling correct kijiye. Aur ek bhi mandir nahi dikhaye , Hyderabad mein purane mandir bahut hain, asafjahi aur qutubshahi se pehle ke
