¿Por qué ella no le dice que "mi media naranja" sería como "my better half", o de última como "soulmate". Pero le hace la traducción literal y claramente le va a parecer tonta la frase. Me resultó extraño.

Lo está traduciendo literalmente, por eso. Así que no está mal. Porque la idea es mencionar la frase en español, si lo hubiese dicho como My better half no tendría sentido xq sería igual al chat up en Ingles que termina en My whole package.
@@sophiaperez6783 lo está traduciendo literalmente pero no diría que está bien porque el objetivo de traducir algo es que tenga coherencia y sentido/sea entendible para quien lo escucha y no creo que este sea el caso aunque puede ser que la idea/"gracia" del video fuera esa también 🤷♀️
