- Hello, everyone! I've decided to do a realistic makeover for this DIY dollhouse kit, using grass powder, acrylic paint, and colored pencils to make it appear more "rustic" and realistic.
This is the first part which covers the house foundation, frame and interior. The realistic makeover will be more visible on the second part.

In the uk you can get a glue that sticks the clear film called glue and glaze model makers use it to stick clear plastic to card and wood etc…
Thanks for this recommendation! I’m about to start this kit, and I’m always battling the glue on windows when I craft. I use 3 in 1 glue or super glue, but both are visible if they squish out onto the plastic

Super glue makes a mess on clear plastic.
@@sunnyskies4628 I did, it’s unfortunately no better than other glues, and much less strong. So far, my best success has been superglue designed for clear plastic combined with a lot of accelerator. This has been the best so far by a long shot. If you need specific brands, let me know and I will look up what I’m using

You don’t get any glue or tools at all for these kinds of kits :)
@@ChocoreetoRin I bought it a while ago and it did come with the tools and 2 types of glue
it can depend where its sent from, I got glue and batteries in a couple of kits then none in others
