Awesome! Anyone who has worked with special needs folks before knows the enormous value in it. All too often they are given less opportunities than "normal people." Any program like this shows that we can value every person and foster creativity everywhere, and not just for people who meet the very limiting "status-quo" of physical and mental ability. Incubus: awesome band, even more awesome human beings.
P.S. You look like a grandma here, Brandon, but you're still my hetero-man-crush.
