I was here in February and its by far the best resort Ive been to. Harsh to to mark them down for the seaweed - it is out of their control, but the rest was spot on. Loved the "Cocktails of the Day" and the pool waiting staff are just incredible. Im also booked to go Oyster Bay, Excellence's resort in Jamaica. Cant imagine going all-inclusive with any other hotel group.

I think it is absolutely fair to mark the resort down for seaweed. In fact, another reviewer online said the exact same thing and it is helpful for those who are beach lovers to know whether this is the place for them. The review was very helpful.
Great review guys. Were you docking them the one mark more for the choppy water than the seaweed? Either way, it is a fair point that the water and seaweed makes it more pool deck focused and less ideal for beach and ocean lovers (like my wife). How was the wind on the beach when you were there? I don't mind choppy water and can deal with seaweed, but sometimes choppy water means the wind is pretty much sand blasting you to the point where it is uncomfortable to sit out. Any issues with finding shaded chairs for those that do not take a swim up? My only reco for future videos is to talk to other room categories or services...even if you didn't use them, it can be helpful to share what you saw or heard from others. Good luck on future vids/reviews!
Hi Russ! The point docking was for a little bit of both, as the choppy sea and seaweed made it less inviting to swim in. There are however a number of paid excursions including snorkelling on the reef, kayaking and sailing. Regarding the wind, the beach was beautiful and there was a nice comfortable breeze when we visited. There were always shaded sunbeds available on the beach and around the various pools on the resort. We really appreciate the useful feedback, and we will take this on board for future videos 🙌 April and Luke

We have been in both May and June. May was quieter and late June is the US holidays and there seemed to be alot of weddings. But both lovely weather! Enjoy 🙌
Hello! Was this an Excellence Club Suite or a regular suite? We are going soon and have booked an ocean view suite (regular, not Club) and I'm trying to determine how close to the ocean we will actually be. Also contemplating switching to a swim up suite.

Are all swim up rooms so secluded? You seemed to have a corner room. Online some swim up rooms look like it’s across from a gazebo or loungers. What was your room #? I would like to request that room.
Hey Girls Of Inspiration! Block 4 was pretty secluded. Although there are some loungers across the pool, it is relatively quiet as it is near the back of the complex. It is also near the Spa :)

Hi Matthew! Firstly, congratulations! 🥳 Secondly, we’re glad we were able to help you decide where to go! We’re sure you’ll love it! Regarding the shellfish, the waitresses ask if you have any specific dietary requirements before they seat you - so it shouldn’t be a problem at all! Enjoy! 😀

The seaweed issue is seasonal in that area mostly March-June
Actually my bad seaweed season there is may-august
