What I enjoy about the format of your video...The beautiful family, outdoor nature, using traditional cooking methods, the use of flour to make carbs and then mains. I enjoying watching flour being used as it is so therapeutic. Then you have at least a main... Simple format but very relaxing to watch.

No do not use Mitti ki handi you can cook tandoor roti on tawa if you have no tandoor.
