Why engineers do not make ships that can be separated into more than two parts. So if any incident happens to it or damage its one side. We can easy eject that part... and save the rest of the ship.
"Jack of all trades. Master of none". Most of the things are possible in today's world but in making a hybrid ship, you may compromise the main objective why the ship is build in the first place.
In some case if engine stop working in middle if sea abd ship stop and doesn't move..is it safe if it stops in middle of sea and if u need help how long u will have to wait to get help ??

Dear javaid. I read your comment. In this case you can't decide where the CG or PP will be as this shape is 2 dimensional. You need to have a vessel filled with a certain cargo of a certain density to decide where the CG or PP will lie. In your case, this point will just be the centre of the shape.
Captain sir Is there a separate training course for all different types of vessels such as oil tanker, container ship amd cruiseship or you can be captain for any of the ship? As in aviation you have to do different training courses for different aircrafts.
