My First Time on the Waterville Subdivision! April 7th, 2024

I was invited to Portland on April 7th of 2024 to chase some trains between Rigby and Waterville Yards. There was quite an unusual amount of traffic that day, and the trains I caught were as follows.
I started my chase in South Portland at the east end of Rigby Yard and was greeted by L070 using the previous night's M426 power to bring their train in.
Next I headed down to Winnocks Neck Road to catch a surprise daylight freight, X426, led by two ex. Pan Am B40-8s.
Afterward I headed north to chase L052 up the Waterville Subdivision to Leeds Junction and a little ways up the Rumford Branch.
Lastly, I finished the trip by heading to Waterville where L090 was awaiting a crew. At the rear of the lashup, there was LTEX 1524, an MP15DC, along with LTEX 8231 behind the consist on the next track over. Then, just after sunset, L090 dropped the MP15DC, hooked back onto their train, and departed west toward Portland. I ran down to Oakland to catch them a final time before the light ran out.
