I know this sounds wild but I absolutely had this with me. These "women knew me so well in my "dreams" and it seemed so real. I swear i woke up with a woman i couldnt recognise her face, riding me, then when realised id woken up got up and opened my door and closing it behind her. I once had a friend who did a summoning ritual in front of another's friends house outside when I was gone, I came back 2 days later and stayed at his house for a night and had an absolutely horrible nightmare being dragged into a dark cave dimly lit with distant lights with sound of absolute chaos and screaming and explosions outside while being forcefully raped by some skinny female Witch thing with long unkempt hair covering it's face and long fingernails.
Woke up in the morning on the floor and somehow *seeded* myself and took a long confused shower.
About 2 weeks later I went to my friends house and ended up mentioning that dream, then he began to hysterically laugh and get pissed off at the same time and then explained to me for the next 20 minutes the ritual he did with the other bastards a couple days before I showed up. Apparently he wanted it for himself.

I know someone (very close to me)who have claimed they have a succubus attached to them. He would move aggressively in his sleep next to his pregnant GF throwing his arms ect. From some of my own studies, it depends on the sources if the incubus and succubus are separate or same demon. Although the term succubus was referring to laying beneath and incubus to lay above. Since the above was consider the man spot and the underneath the woman, this is why some considered the incubus male and succubus female. Some accounts the succubus getting the sperm from a male to give to the incubus to place in a woman. A small group of stories have the two being the same demon. The succubus getting the sperm and then turning into an incubus to implant it into a woman.
Now Lilith also has a few origins. The first is like you said, the supposed first wife of Adam that rebelled. I would say a succubus experience is close to sleep paralysis, but definitely not the same. I've felt a hooded angry shadow creature hover over and then force itself into me. That was the single most terrifying experience being frozen and helpless, whilst dealing with that confrontation.
Now when I woke up from a Succubus experience and pulled it off of me, it flailed and scratched and became aggressively defensive! until I was able to calm it down and said I wasn't ready for intimacy (My ex had just died and I was sad and lonely which I think inspired my experience) then I woke up in the corner of my room, the experience was a very vivid dream with physical contact experienced in that dream state. It also made me sleep walk which I hadn't done in 10 years or longer.

I definitely had a succubus in here for awhile. I've been single forever, so I can see why she would visit. I could actually feel her jump into my bed. Felt like a small dog jumping onto my bed.
