This is such a wonderful presentation however it lacks negrensi spirit this is more a sinulog type and Mardegra where there's nothing wrong but negros festival is more on rural and way of living sa mga taga negros That is why bais and this failed to win.

They were showcasing the culture in their province man gihapon and its still part of negros kay bisag unsaon d jud na mausab ang ilang culture sa bindoy ug bais.. of course under the sea ang theme kailangan colorful jd.
