My brother Travis played guitar in this band from 1994-1997!!! These kids go crazy for these songs and sing every word!!! I have never seen such loyalty from fans for a band in my life!!! LOTS OF FUN SHOWS!!!! This machine pushes ON!!!
@violinprincess8 Consider yourself blessed to have a pops who did something positive for the hardcorepunk scene, rather than just take take take. Hardcorepunk 1990 - 1999 was truly one of the most awesome things I've ever been a part of. I wish even 1/10 of it could be replicated into the punk music of today.
I bought a social justice 7” that I saw in maximum rock and roll, I was booking shows here in Cleveland around that time and talked to someone in the band, maybe the singer, quite a few times trying to see if I could get them out here. Never worked out.
@vadermask I feel ya! But hey, we got stories that people could only wish to have. If you managed to get your butt to the More then Music Fest one of those years in Dayton.. then you know what I am talking about. Speaking of which, that's how I caught up to finally seeing Outspoken. Oh the days when all we had was Email and the straightedge mailing list. Haha
@xcrookshanksx I would be bummed too. I try not to think of all the cool shows I may have missed due to work, a stupid gf, or any other lame reason. I have been to thousands and thousands of hardcorepunk shows & I never look back and say, "dammit. I should've worked that shift instead of gone to the STRIFE show!" LOL, right?
@kevlar31 I remember having a few of those 'Vegan Power' type shirts myself. Ahhhh the good old days. I wish I cared today even a fraction of what I did back then. I never desired to be one of the 'ex-vegans, ex-straightedge kids, ex-punkrockers' of the world. What the heck happened? Life got in the way, I guess....

I missed this show to go to work. I regret that decision more after seeing this video. Worlds Collide played on this night too.
I saw them openfor my friends band (Social Justice) & then headline a show with Strife in Simi Valley. Great Band.
