So, it seems I do not really agree with your criticisms, even if I agree that, of course, productive employment is the ultimate goal! You are right! It is just a question in my mind as to the incentives that lead to that productive employment in the longer run! And if civil servants are too numerous and not productive enough, then you are right about them, too. Milei is potentially showing the whole world the possibilities in cutting the public sector, though we wait to see if he is ultimately successful. I greatly appreciate and enjoy these videos. :D
Argentina has never been a serious country. Any country that is not the us simply can't use financial tricks if it's currency is the us dollar. China has the same problem, economic decoupling is the reason why most chinese like Trump. Although you won't hear that in the media. 🤣🤣🤣
@@pantv4978 There is DEFINITELY some truth to your argument! But talking about the REAL economy, Milei isn't pulling financial tricks. He just fired something like 1/3 to 1/2 of all the public sector employees and stopped all centrally funded public works. As for the USD, even with Trump, the US will fight tooth and nail (unfortunately) to maintain the status quo. The alternative is a serious (and probably inevitable) economic crash in the US. I am ambivalent about such a crash, though. Could be pretty bad for everyone in the short-term. (This is also why I worry a little bit about regular Chinese people investing in U.S. assets just because they are the ones going up in RMB terms, at least while the party lasts.)

听了十分钟就听不下去了，直接跳到后面。中国的院长就这种水平。
这个人说的也没什么错，很明显这个和付鹏的说法连在一起就是上策中策，从分配方式上发生改革是上策，但是动摇国本，已经被否了，那就只能提中策，提高收入和物价，摆脱内卷通缩的螺旋。而提高基层公务员收入是相对容易实施的，在官老爷身边，那些拿着三四千工资的基层公务员应该是领导身边最为“卑贱”的人了，而提高这些人收入其实也是变相的以工代赈，而且没有大兴土木的浪费，把钱直接发给个人。无论是付鹏的上策，还是张军的中策，都是在避免某中国唯一的经济学家的下策，也就是继续大搞基建、提高产能，做这种无效的投资。
这个人说的在大方向上有一定道理，就是要把经济发展模式建立在消费端，改变过去带有计划经济色彩的以供给端为主的发展模式。但在具体如何做这件事上，他参考了西方国家的政策和做法，提出政府把过去搞基建的一部分钱，拿来投放到民生领域。问题是中国不是一个市场经济国家，其经济制度与自由市场经济制度有很大不同，它受政治制度的控制和约束，为政治制度和政党服务。也正是这种不同，才让美国在疫情期间和疫情后的经济表
现远远超过中国。另一个问题是，西方国家有经济实力把政策放在需求端，而中国没有。中国的总体GDP看起来还不错，但人均GDP远远落后于西方国家。任何刺激消费端的政策都需要极大量的财政支出。美国从疫情开始发放了3轮补贴，以个人收入为基准，越穷的得到的越多。私人企业也得到政府无偿财政补贴。光这些就让美国政府债务一下子上升了一倍以上。中国政府没有这种实力，所以不愿意采用这种措施，其后果就是无法摆脱经济下滑。

我觉得所谓CPI保持2%，是统治阶层的话术，通过保持这个数字，可以悄悄摸摸的印钞，扩充政府的花钱权力。 通货膨胀对中产伤害最大，自从现代货币理论横行，政府财政赤字，债务暴增以后，社会贫富差距，矛盾也是急剧扩大和激化的。
他的这个出发点是政府给居民提供转移支付弥补收入下降，但是转移支付提供给公务员群体就很逆天。这也会有一个巨大的道德风险，就是说社会最穷的一批人，也就是农村无劳动能力人你不去救助，反而去补贴相对强势群体，这里只能说建议专家不要建议
而且他前面提到把通胀水平纳入考核指标，这更逆天了，一旦通胀作为强制完成的指标，最容易提高的就是居民日常消费品，比如粮食，油，猪肉等等。拉高通胀基本等同于基本消费品涨价，农村老人本来就一个月103块钱了，又不给他们涨退休金，这是要饿死一批？建议把专家投放到农村一个月只给103块让他体会一下
农民没有发言权，体制内的官老爷当然为自己谋福利，谁管下面牛马的死活。

这位专家以为只要把钱多一点发到公务员家庭的手里，公务员和他的家人们就敢大胆的消费了，且不说人家消不消费，就想问，中国一共才有多少家庭是公务员家庭啊？！他自己也说在复旦医院看病时打探的消息是没钱的老百姓连门诊都不看了--那边厢老百姓穷的连命都不要了，这边厢还一门心思想着补贴公务员家庭……该不是这场演讲的主要听众就是基层公务员吧。
好幾年前就有某位不太確定是誰，提出要提高官員的薪水，這樣他們就會缺乏貪污的動力，反而更好的服務百姓😅
