Riot Squad of Rabaul-'RIOT SQUAD" Heavy Rock 1992

RIOT SQUAD was a heavy rock group of Rabaul led by lead guitarist John Warbat.They recorded two popular albums with the legendary Pacific Gold Studios prior to the volcanic eruptions that destroyed Rabaul's iconic studio in 1994.The recording of their second album (Vulcan Rock) ended days before the eruptions and its master tape was literally dug out of the ashes by John Warbat.The destruction of Pacific Gold Studios brought an end to Riot Squad's music production as the band members parted ways..
