Yeah, probably a combination of improper technique and overplaying which has led to my condition, which BTW, has improved with rest, limiting my jam time and proper stretching afterwards.

Rest is always best kinda like over working out and not healing ! Helps me I always take time off now it’s hard though sometimes can’t help myself
