I’ve looked at Walmart, hobby lobby, Joanne fabrics, even at Michael’s. I had no luck finding the vase filler’s. Finally I searched Amazon and I found the same exact ones that you were working on. @@tonidosch8736depending on where you live, the Colorfill can be hard to get. Ashland makes several crushed glass vase fillers that work just as well. Michael’s has them online for sure and many areas carry it in-store as well.

FYI, Hobby Lobby also sells vase filler that is already dyed, so if you're pressed for time you can skip that step.
