I've had diabetes for 10 years now so this really made me cry because I've always had the thought that it will keep me from the things I love doing but now looking at Nick and how it didn't stop him.... It proves something.

I'm like literally crying inside my soul now. My heart just melts every time I see this video, and if I was on stage with that sign even though I'm not a diabetic myself, I still would show support and that would really mean a lot to him, just like how Stacy who is also a diabetic like Nick, went up on stage and showed him the sign and he said it meant a lot to him, that's what I'd do being a fan. I hate how the titles of the videos where he gets emotional while singing this song exploited his emotions and make it seem like he is going to be balling tears in the video. He was struggling because it's an emotional song to sing and choking back emotion, not straight out crying (at least, I don't see any tears)
