@PAS2010D yea i just thought alot more people had brains but i guess i was wrong but gain i thank all law enforcement,medics,firemen,911 operators,and military and any other government job for keeping our streets and homes safe

@PAS2010D Combining the 35 arrested (mostly for felonies) city cops stat with a 2004 prosecutor-conducted study which showed that (in effect) over 99% of Philadelphia police crimes are covered up, one can extrapolate that the majority of Philadelphia police officers are felons.

The good soldiers do revere the word. Our infantry can operate as engineers and as armored. WE can do anything, so stop acting like your somebody. Just another person who couldnt handle being a soldier. Have respect for those who didn't fail.

My god you really are a true American Hero! I salute you Hero! Sharks have a week dedicated to you I have no doubt. Although the fact that you haven't wrecklessly discharged your weapon a few times or shot someone is a good sign. Maybe you are one of the ones that shouldn't be shitcanned, but you still have some bad habits with control, and power.
@lifetoday365 Think of those numbers, then put it to the number of law enforcement. I don't look at everyone like they are a criminal. I know that less than 3% of civilians are bad guys. Same in law enforcement. Also, I wouldn't use the term evil to readily. Think about the crimes then assert individual judgement. An officer that uses his badge to speed wouldn't be the same as one who uses it to I dunno extort someone

The simple fact is,... that not once, but twice the Americans not only saved the bulk of the free world but were even nice enough to rebuild it and forgive all the debt. Canadas contribution to the whole thing was on par with probably Norway or the like. As to the comment on your regular infantry, ok what's your point our regular infantry (Army) is pretty much the same as Marines just not usually amphibious. Canada is a "token" presense in the modern day combined force. Stop kidding yourself.

Well at least we fainally agree on something. That Churchill needed some bullet catchers. That's true and I am sorry the Canadians were dumb enough for that roll. It all worked out in the end however so don't worry America won the war in Europe and in Asia and the world went back to some state of normal. I am sure the Americans would probably save Canada if it was needed also. We are just generous and bad ass like that all through history. Other nations start squables and we end them.

@PhillyCopsAreCorrupt Where are all of these evil cops you're talking about? Every cop I know brings honor to his or her badge everyday that we go out and deal with the worst society has to offer. You know what you'll never see a major media broadcast on? Everyday police work that involves risking life and limb to protect and serve. People only focus on the rare few that slip. It's a shame. I don't know how things are in Philly but I know in my neck of the woods it's a far stretch to imagine.

I have health insurance, and I'll certainly use it if needed. I pay plenty in taxes so I wouldn't hesitate to interupt "movie night" at the local fire station either. If I ever have some problem with any sort of threat at or in my home the police can come do the paperwork after the fact. I'm not going to depend on their judgement for any type of situation, and certainly not going to allow for "roid raging" morons trying to assert some sort of control over anything on my property. People come to this specific page to pay tribute to fallen brothers and sisters, sons and daughters. No one cares to hear about the one time when you were 16 that you got that speeding ticket in your moms sedan. Seriously, not a single care was given the day you felt you were so tragically wronged.

yeah ...that is pretty much what i am saying. Is there an occasional exception sure, but the notion that any "first responder" is a hero is pure nonsense. Unfortunately for you the nightly news, any local paper in a major city, youtube, they pretty much prove my argument.

Also departments don't investigate their own department the FDLE does in my state.
