Sebs said it was both sides, basically (1) a *few* swifties intolerant of any perceived negative comments but with nothing to threaten with, and (2) a *few* current Sebs subscribers who are Taylor haters wanting her cancelled on this channel and threatening to unsubscribe. It's just the fringes, but they are the most mercurial, so usually the most vocal -- like things getting loads of 5-star and 1-star-but-would-be-0-if-I-could ratings, with a sparse number of middle ratings. One thing about the songs you've been reacting to (specifically the ones from Reputation album and this tour): she wrote this in response to the media's depiction of her as a crazy, boy-obsessed girl, after Twitter cancelled her back in 2016. The lyrics don't necessarily reflect her views on love so much as her leaning into the tropes the media shoves on her as a way to show how absurd they are. If you listen to some of her other albums (earlier or later) I think you'll get lyrics that more accurately portray her personal opinions on love and relationships (not about obsession or being deranged).

I actually attended the Reputation concert in Dallas the night when the concert was filmed for Netflix, and it was even better in person. The energy from the crowd was palpable & literally gave me chills. If you haven't already watched the entire concert, you definitely should! You won't regret it!!🫶 Great reaction video, too!!👍🏻

I've went to her Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation and will be doing the Era's tour this Sunday! Her shows are fantastic and the whole atmosphere is out of this world! Hearing 70,000 people all sing along is something else. Light up bracelets that sync to the music and are even programmed to have things like hearts, crowns and even a snake moving around the stadium in the lights! I'm in my 60's and have enjoyed all of her tours. there are people of all ages there.
I understand there are haters but even if you don’t like Taylor Swift La music style you can’t ignore the talent. The lyrics, the melodies, the voice and the stage presence. 😮
I can't believe how much she has grown as an artist. About 8 years ago I took two granddaughters to a show in Dallas. In 2019 I took them again and this time Taylor had grown up and her show is what you are watching right now. I was so impressed with her new style and show production.
I was lucky enough to get tickets during the pre-sale for $130 and the Eras Tour was just amazing. Of course her singing and the music was great, but the SHOW, wow. The light show going on around the entire stadium, the tens of thousands of people singing, the atmosphere! It's like nothing else I've ever experienced
What's up Sebs! I think I started watching you awhile back due to your Pentatonix videos. I love that now I get to watch you discover just how talented Taylor is. Her style might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I personally feel her talent and dedication to her art and fans is top notch.
Look, one person may not like her music or her or whatever it is, but no one can't deny her talents, periodt. Love that you're enjoying her performances.
Saw her in Kansas City a few weeks ago for the first time and it was literally the best concert I've ever seen, and I've been to a LOT of different kinds of concerts. She was simply amazing!
I went to the Reputation tour in LA in 2018 and it was insane. It was the biggest, craziest show I’ve ever seen in my 30+ years of going to shows. The 3 stages, the fireworks, the huge live band, the 90,000 people singing along. And Taylor. I’m going to the Eras tour in 2 weeks and I’m exhausted just thinking about it 🤣
I experienced this song in person and I can tell you it’s so much better in person than watching the video. I can still feel the heat from the fire during that song. It was electric and powerful.
Omg!! I was lucky enough to go to the very first night in Erazona!! It was the BEST night of my life and worth every single penny I spent with no idea what songs she was going to sing and definitely not expecting her to go on for almost 4 hours, it was amazing!!!!!!
Taylor has always been a lyricist and songwriter first, and obviously uses music to do that. No one ever said she is the best vocalist out there, nor the best dancer. But hearing people say she can’t sing is so rude and uneducated. This performance alone shows that she is a great singer, and puts one hell of a show. It’s still frustrating to see so many people hate on her (for?) when as far as being the whole package of songwriter, singer and performer, she’s really up there. That being said, considering just how big she is now and how difficult it is to get tickets to her shows, maybe it’s best that a big part of the world still thinks she sucks lol. If everyone realised that they’re just holding on to sexist biased opinions and discovered how great she is, I don’t know what would happen.
I've been to three Taylor shows (Eras, Reputation, and 1989). Each one has been more than I could ever expect. She blows my mind every time with how creative and well put together the shows are. She always finds a way to surprise the crowd. Somehow she finds a way to perform to a huge stadium and even if you are in the nosebleed section you feel like she is singing and talking right to you. I don't know how she does it. She makes every fan feel special and seen. It's honestly mind boggling.
I'm feeling under the weather and have filled my day on the couch with reaction videos of men finding a place in their hearts for this remarkable artist. I've loved watching your Swift journey. Here your like, "I'm not asking so I could consider going--" **6 months later** "We've got tickets!" 🤭 You're gonna love it guys.
Seriously, it's a whole psyop and it's @hey_jamie 's fault that I'm a Swifty now too. 🤣 All the reaction channels are eating her right up. Even metalheads love her at this point. Sweet revenge. 😈
I’ve been to 7 of her shows, every tour she’s put on, and each one of them tops the other. I’ve been to many concerts and hers will always be my favorite because she just has a different connection with the audience and you can tell how much effort she puts into the show for her fans. On top of that, the fan experience is just one of a kind to be with such kind people that want to be there as much as you and the friendships that are made are just something else. Definitely a surreal experience and I’m lucky enough to have been able to experience it as many times as I have❤️
I don't know why, but it seems like we swifties love watching reacts hahahah it's so funny to see youtubers who used to react to other things start doing a bunch of taylor reacts BECAUSE WE LOVE IT. PLEASE CONTINUE
I went to the Reputation Tour you're watching and it was beyond anything I could have imagined until I went to the Eras Tour earlier this month. There are no words to describe the show she put on. We were there for the Speak Now release day and saw the video premiere then she brought out the actors from it. She performed for 3 hours and 45 mins and the whole show was so much more than I expected. Worth the money, the 10+ hours in a virtual line and the almost 2 hours it took us to get out when the show was over. My stepdaughter and I had the best time!
Check out Taylor's rock version of We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, live in Sydney, as someone who appreciates an electric guitar, you might like it!
She did a lot of belting on earlier records--- she toned it down a lot for the last records. She also does more of it in a live show than she does in the studio albums. The stages get bigger each time, but she has done a spectacle type show ever since she started headlining (when her second album was AOTY for multiple award groups). The guitarist is Paul Sidoti; he is one of several people on her tours that were in her original band, back when she was 16.
My daughter and I saw her in 2014(i think) in Nashville. It was like watching a broadway show. Each song was like watching a play. I can't describe it any better. It was the most phenomenal concert we ever went to.
Great reaction. Just ignore the haters, there are people out there that are listening to old rumors and don't even know what kind of music she makes, they either think that she is pop and is what the industry is putting out. Also, a good majority don't know that she plays more than the guitar.
blondie did her vocal lessons right over the years didnt she? hope you keep digging cause theres sooooooo f much to discover! she’s the best songwritter we have alive, you have no ideia the things she can do with a pen
@@yousra8728 she’s also GREAT! lana too! but taylor is still top of the list in my opinion cause she started soooo early and never let that part go, she only got better and better
One more thing Sebs, you’re right about it being virtually impossible to get tickets to see her, BUT I say it all the time, the woman is a genius! She actually cares about her fans and made a way for those who couldn’t get tickets to still be involved 🫶🏼 I couldn’t get tickets to the Era’s concert, so I was there opening night of Taylor Swift: The Era’s Tour in the movie theater! It was Everything! It was like being at her concert in the way that everyone in the audience was clapping, singing, and whooping it up just like you would at a live show! I’m so grateful she provided this option for her fans to have a different way to experience this concert!
I went to Reputation here in Australia. It was freaking amazing! just made me love her more. I had been to her Red tour also which was also amazing but there was an insane jump in production value from Red to Reputation, including the size in venue. I am going to see the eras tour in Feb 2024 and my tickets weren't to badly priced. They are more expensive than her last shows but she does preform for a total of 3hours at the eras tour, I honestly don't know how she is doing it. She is an absolute power house.
I'm too old to be a swiftie swifty? But... there's no denying she's genius. I have always liked her and recognized her talents, (too many to list) but my eyes 👀 were opened wide with her Reputation album. She came out swinging and hasn't stopped, and I say attagirl! ❤😂
No one is too old to be a swiftie. I've been a swiftie for a decade and I will be one until I die. Her discography is already so massive and spans multiple generes. I'm so glad I went down the Taylor Swift rabbit hole! 🕳️🐇
I love the fact that she constantly works on her craft. She's not ashamed to use a vocal coach. Getting stronger and healthier has made her even better. ♥️
It’s worse then getting tool tickets back in the day, but man, what a show! She does that for 44 songs straight on her tour right now. I’ve been converted to a Swiftie, and now that I listen to her, she has quite a few rock and roll songs.
I WAS IN DENVER FOR BOTH SHOWS!!!!! I loved it. I just recently moved from denver so i had to fly back. It was spectacular. Floor seats N1 and then the very top row at Mile Hight for N2, in fact my seat was so high it was alone, no other seats to my left or right. It was by itself and very scary. But, it was amazing and just the best time! I’m in my 50’s and went with a sorority sister from college!!! Taylor writes 3 different stylist ways, i don’t mean genres or techniques used to write music (alone, toplining, collaborative, etc) but her songs can be categorized into 3 categories: Quill, Fountain, and Glitter Gel (types of pens used to write). She told us this in her speech when she was awarded the Nashville Songwriters Artist of the Decade award . Glitter Gel: Bouncier and poppier tracks, make you want to dance, not too serious tracks. Fountain Pen: most of her songs, personal stories written like poetry, moments you remember and can see, feel and hear the details. Quill: old fashioned and make you feel like an old poet crafting your next sonnet by candlelight and may have an antiquated language like a Brontë novel. Her quill pen songs are considered her most lyrical and are her fans favorites. Here is a small list: Ivy. ua-cam.com/video/9nIOx-ezlzA/v-deo.html Evermore (ft Bon Iver). ua-cam.com/video/EXLgZZE072g/v-deo.html My Tears Ricochet. Gave it to Calvin Harris to took out the piano, added a trap as he does, and brought in the irreplaceable Rihanna. Want more performance bangers: I did something bad AMA’s 2018. Iconic. We bought 6 tickets for $800 on the original sale ! I’m so lucky and excited to see her for the first time ever. I literally cry a lil thinking bout it 😩 she’s been my fav artist for over a decade now !!!!
I’m 67 and think she’s not only gorgeous but a great talent. I’m from an age where singers just got on stage and sung. I still prefer that but she seems to really care about giving her fans a great show. She’s a great all around entertainer.
I went to the Reputation Tour and to the Eras Tour. I also had tickets to Loverfest West in summer of 2020 but it was cancelled due to covid. Her shows were amazing. I think it is easy for people to hate TS because people only know her for her most poppy singles but that is such a small percentage of he discography and my least favorite of her music! It also doesn't help that the media portrays her as some annoying serial dater that does nothing but name drop all her exes for listeners which is far from the truth. Tell me a pop artist who doesn't write about their experiences with relationships but she never name drops. The closest she comes is Dear John which actually refers to a Dear John letter (a woman who breaks off a relationship particularly with a guy in the military through a letter) and Style which she says We never go out of style but not using it as a name reference. She is a poet and romantic so writes about the ups and downs of relationships which includes falling and the high you can get from it, breakups, toxicity that gives anxiety and even her taking accountability in the downfall. Also, keep in mind she started in the industry at like 15 so her first few albums is ADOLESCENT versions of what I stated above. I am 3 years older than her so I feel like I grew up with her and we've shared similar experiences at similar ages. Now she is almost 34 and will probably be a lot more relatable to you in her later albums. It's okay for people to not enjoy her music but there is no denying that she is super talented. She writes her own music and has a hand in every process of her creations.
I totally agree about her describing an unhealthy relationship, where the lows are so low and the highs are so intoxicating you accept the lows. You see this theme alot when she describes that relationship in this album.
The true Swifties only show love for people listening to TS. I'm relatively new to becoming a Taylor fan myself, and the community is usually sweet. Keep going!
You should do some of her early country songs like Mean, You belong with me and 15. Don't let anyone's comments dictate who you listen to. You're doing a great job ☮️
I’d never seen this particular performance of Don’t Blame Me before, so towards the end I was worried she was going to end the song before BELTING… Sebs, on another video you’d posted about Taylor you heard a tiny bit of her belting and you were surprised, so I couldn’t wait for you to hear her vocal abilities in this song! 🔥 Any person who doesn’t appreciate Taylor has simply never taken the time to actually listen to this lyrical genius, amazing performer, and extremely talented vocalist! I’m so glad you are 🫶🏼
I have see her 4 times(Speak Now, Red, Reputation, & Eras) she put on the best shows for her fans. And they have gotten even better with time. I don't know how she will tip the Eras tour but I'm sure she will.
Yes, I was at one of the Denver shows last month. Probably just a couple days before you were in Denver. Phenomenal. It’s an amazing show. Three and a half hours. She’s not one to just show and go through the motions. She knows what the fans want, and delivers. Enjoying your reactions 👍🏻
The concert is out of this world. It is an experience like other. She is a phenomenal performer and her shows are a full on performance experience. The set design, the dancers, her just everything. And it’s really okay to realize that she’s awesome and compliment her. 😆 when you dig deeper than her radio singles you realize some THINGS. ❤❤❤
I'd love to see her in concert as the talent and performances are amazing to see on video. TOOL is amazing as well! I gave up concerts long ago due to tinnitus...but man, they are spectacular to listen to and can't imagine seeing Tool live!
Don’t be afraid to say how you feel! If you like someone’s art, then it’s okay to share it. Taylor herself has said that the worst kind of people are those who make fun of someone for liking or being excited about something. Also, I think haters are just people who haven’t given her a chance. I’ve seen so many reaction videos that prove that.
Her band has been with her since almost the beginning of her career. Most of them since her first tour for Fearless. And her Background Vocalists, they have been with her since her 4th album, Red. You should check out her Sydney Performances of “We Are Never Getting Back Together” and “Blank Space” from the “1989 Tour.” I feel like you would appreciate them for sure.
Your reactions are spot on! I'm a Swiftie, but not one entangled in a parasocial relationship with our fave pop star. Keep being honest and authentic! We got you! 🫶
BTW Paul Sidoti is an incredible guitarist who has been playing with her since she was a teenager! I was lucky enough to go to The Eras Tour three times and let me tell you, if you weren't a fan before that show, you would be one after. She's a beast and I'm in absolute awe of her talent, stage presence, stamina and work ethic!
I will be at her concert July 18th 2024 in Germany and the ticket sale was hell. I barely got the the 3 tickets i wanted because over 1 million people were trying to get tickets to one of the 3 german cities
OMG ME TOOOO but on the 17. us Ruhrpott Swifties deserve this. I’m trying to get last minute tickets for Hamburg as well tho bc i only got nosebleeds with VIP in Gelsenkirchen
Welcome to the swiftie universe. 1 Reputation tour is one of the most icons tour of taylor. I see a lot of people who dont like taylor understand it more.2. the swifties will always protect taylor because in the past people have been mean. You need to check out taylors lyrics she is master and see brings live to her music in live performance. Most people discover taylor for the pop albums but her older music is also very mature
Interesting thing is she's had mostly the same band for a decade or more. I believe the same is true with dancers & one of her criteria for choosing them is the potential to be a friend ie: they'll all get along
I saw her on the rep tour in LA. It was beyond unbelievable. She gave the audience bracelets that lit up to certain parts of songs and made the stadium experience feel very intimate. So cool. She’s a phenom. Haters gonna hate.
I haven't seen her yet but just managed to book 2 tickets to see her next year in UK with my niece who is a huge fan. Blessed to have the best of friends who got me tickets through their work so I wouldn't have to pay crazy prices. So excited for it! 🎉 great reaction BTW, hope you do more Taylor and would live to see you react to some Harry Styles. I reckon he would surprise you too
I’ve been to Red, 1989, Reputation, and Era’s stadium tours. And I have to say that the Reputation stadium tour was my favorite, I think it was better than the Era’s tour.
No, it's not tool, but as a fellow tool and a perfect circle fan, I would rock out at a tswift concert. She is an artist in her own right. You are allowed to appreciate her talent.

I understand there are haters but even if you don’t like Taylor Swift La music style you can’t ignore the talent. The lyrics, the melodies, the voice and the stage presence. 😮
Her concerts just keep getting better and better. Totally worth all of the time and money.
I can't believe how much she has grown as an artist. About 8 years ago I took two granddaughters to a show in Dallas. In 2019 I took them again and this time Taylor had grown up and her show is what you are watching right now. I was so impressed with her new style and show production.
She didn’t have a tour in 2019… what show did you take them too?
@@Picky13 she did shows that year for lover

real swifties actually TRIVE at the thought of people finally realizing the talent of taylor swift
She was born to be an entertainer!! Love this journey you’re taking us on!! Safe travels home!!
Omg!! I was lucky enough to go to the very first night in Erazona!! It was the BEST night of my life and worth every single penny I spent with no idea what songs she was going to sing and definitely not expecting her to go on for almost 4 hours, it was amazing!!!!!!
"Erazona" I see what you did there
Taylor has always been a lyricist and songwriter first, and obviously uses music to do that.
So good! Loved your reaction. I got chills when she hit that note
Why are you like scared to have an opinion? You are who you are, people can take that or leave... You are awesome man!
Check out Taylor's rock version of We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together, live in Sydney, as someone who appreciates an electric guitar, you might like it!
Been to 11 shows, 5 on this tour and it never gets old she's the greatest preformer
Been waiting on another Taylor Swift video!! 😁😁😁
I went to her concert and she was incredible. My 33 year old daughter and I was 64 at the time and I would go again. ❤😊❤
Her Era’s tour has been so huge she is literally single-handedly adjusting the economy. It’s nuts.
If you ever get to attend one of her concerts, you will not be disappointed. Her concerts and overall performances have only gotten better.
Subscribing because of TS!!! Nevermind those TS haters :P
Rep Taylor's Version whenever it comes out is gonna be fire!! And I can't even imagine the vault tracks.... 😳
I imagine her writing her songs on old historical paper while using a quail 😊 it just she just seems like something she would do 😅
she's a very good songwriter but there are other good songwriters like Florence welch
@@yousra8728 she’s also GREAT! lana too! but taylor is still top of the list in my opinion cause she started soooo early and never let that part go, she only got better and better
@@MysteryWillow.2013she's actually talked about a phase she went through as a young woman using a quill pen and a bottle of ink to write stories
One more thing Sebs, you’re right about it being virtually impossible to get tickets to see her, BUT I say it all the time, the woman is a genius!
She actually cares about her fans and made a way for those who couldn’t get tickets to still be involved 🫶🏼
I couldn’t get tickets to the Era’s concert, so I was there opening night of Taylor Swift: The Era’s Tour in the movie theater!
It was Everything! It was like being at her concert in the way that everyone in the audience was clapping, singing, and whooping it up just like you would at a live show!
I’m so grateful she provided this option for her fans to have a different way to experience this concert!
plus she has such range, she just shows it off when she needs :D
I went to Reputation here in Australia. It was freaking amazing! just made me love her more. I had been to her Red tour also which was also amazing but there was an insane jump in production value from Red to Reputation, including the size in venue. I am going to see the eras tour in Feb 2024 and my tickets weren't to badly priced. They are more expensive than her last shows but she does preform for a total of 3hours at the eras tour, I honestly don't know how she is doing it. She is an absolute power house.
Shes an amazing songwriter. Her voice is wow 🔥 shes also very kind .
Appreciate you being open minded to TS. Welcome to the rabbit hole! ❤
her voice evolved and she is doing notes better on eras tour, feel like i needed to say it 😘
I love the fact that she constantly works on her craft.
Here is a small list:

And one of Rihanna’s biggest hits is actually written by Taylor, this is what you came for. Written alone on the piano. Gave it to Calvin Harris to took out the piano, added a trap as he does, and brought in the irreplaceable Rihanna.

We bought 6 tickets for $800 on the original sale ! I’m so lucky and excited to see her for the first time ever. I literally cry a lil thinking bout it 😩 she’s been my fav artist for over a decade now !!!!
You should react to folklore and evermore you're gonna be amazed her song writing skills. Artist of the reason for a decade
I've seen her live twice and have seen older concerts from her, but the Rep tour was sooo good! I watch it on Netflix all the time 😂
I totally agree about her describing an unhealthy relationship, where the lows are so low and the highs are so intoxicating you accept the lows. You see this theme alot when she describes that relationship in this album.
Thanks for giving T Swift a shot, she really is amazing, this is also one off her best songs in my opinion, nice video man!
5:55 "Nice...nice...." You had *no* idea, LOL!
I’d never seen this particular performance of Don’t Blame Me before, so towards the end I was worried she was going to end the song before BELTING…
Sebs, on another video you’d posted about Taylor you heard a tiny bit of her belting and you were surprised, so I couldn’t wait for you to hear her vocal abilities in this song! 🔥
Any person who doesn’t appreciate Taylor has simply never taken the time to actually listen to this lyrical genius, amazing performer, and extremely talented vocalist!
I’m an OG Swifty! I’ve been a fan since 2006!!!!❤
The concert is out of this world.
Nevermind the toxic part of the swiftie coming we actually pretty chill n we support u, keep doing what u do💜

Went to Eras Tour in April in ATL. Best concert EVER.
Embrace the swiftie inside of you. Become one of us.
Thank u so much for posting this ! :) rlly entertaining, happy u liked it
I saw her on the rep tour in LA. It was beyond unbelievable. She gave the audience bracelets that lit up to certain parts of songs and made the stadium experience feel very intimate. So cool. She’s a phenom. Haters gonna hate.
Those backup dancers will crack me up until the end of time, what even are you guys.
I love to see the reactions! Especially to T Swift!
Love her music or hate her music.. she is doing something right for her fans.. her net worth so far in 2023 is $740 million dollars.

I think it is cool how good you think she is in different aspects!! Nothing wrong with stating facts.
Nice reaction, I hope you keep reacting to Taylor Swift!
❤️🙌🏻 great reaction
I saw her in Minneapolis, night 2! It was the best live show I’ve ever been too, and this song live is soooo crazy good! She sounds so amazing live!
