I hope everyone is seeing this guy's, "the Babylonian powers (colonials), they are sanctioning all the countries which is food basket to every continent. In Africa, Zimbabwe was the food basket and were sanctioned, now it's SA. This is a pattern Russia, China, Holland, etc. Food basket countries are under attack. And it's all planned by the powers that be.
Hello African tigress thank you for your continued efforts of sharing this rich knowledge of our African culture.Does he have a channel or any other contact information for further enquires?
Loved this episode sooo much. Been farming since I was 7 years old I am now 62 and retired. . I just spend the whole day today in my garden. I too have brocoli and chinese cabbage and green cabbage growing in this 38oC in the caribbean
The curly sukuma wiki is the one we have here in Austria it's called grün kohl (green cabbage)...I always go for it to quench my sukuma wiki thirst. We Also have one that's super close to sukuma called Schwarz Kohl (black cabbage). This one is only available in winter because when it's warmer they are flowering. I usually buy them and freeze them to eat them alittle longer after winter is over
This is huge, please keep showing us these beautiful farms,it seems due to the cold weather in Kenya you are able to plant all those veggies, thanks for showcasing them.
Thank you so much for this episode, AT. This was not a little farm tour; this was packed with information that is even motivating me to utilize every little space I have to grow something. Great content as always. Thanks a million.
This is very inspiring! Thank you for sharing. How do they get the water for the farm? Is it an already existing (government) infrastructure? How common are these farms in Kenya? What is your friend's education? I mean he seems to be more of a researcher than a traditional farmer. He mentioned a chicken farm. Would love to see that as well.
Just add it to soup or rice pot. One naturopath says that you will not loose all the nutrients when in a soup, rather you drink the nutrients which passes out in the water.
Glad to see black people in the world who are planting and growing gardens. It's also a good idea to plant herbs for medicine too. Natural cures and good foods are necessary.
