Joe and the Claimers are some of the best and most underrated The Walking Dead villains. Their interesting rules, way of life, and brutality all made them great to watch. They also were a huge threat and they almost killed Rick and did a lot of bad stuff to the other group members. The Governor and the Claimers were the only ones capable of preparing Rick’s group for Terminus.

I've seen him in so many things over the years, but even though in almost everything I've ever seen him in, he's only ever played single-episode bit roles, or short-term recurring side-plot characters, he's always given his 100% to every role like he was a full member of the main cast!!
