- The Aputure spotlight mount. It's the best. If you want to improve your cinematography and lighting, get yourself one.
Note: I have the 36 degree one.

awesome breakdown! i've wanted to get a spotlight for so long hehe
Thank you Kendra! It really is worth the investment.
There are some beautiful examples here, there is no reason why this channel would not break through the algorithm eventually.
Thank you!
its amazing that you share nice pictures and descriptions that are low budget options. Thanks alot
Thank you for the kind feed back! I love finding low budget solutions that still work great.
I really enjoy the videos by Lewis Pots, he's ace. Enjoyed this video too, thanks!
Yes, he is very talented and inspiring. Thank you!
Very nice video Cam.
Thank you!
👏👏👏
Great video. Did you use the 300D for all those projects? I'm impressed how much it lights the scene just bouncing it
Thank you! Yes, the 300d was used in every example.
Wow! Thanks! That was supremely instructive! That spotlight is on my purchase bucket list... (Unfortunately, I'm experiencing a backlog of items in that particular queue LOL)
Thanks for the feedback! It’s worth the purchase.
And, the backlog of film gear always seems to be getting longer 🤣 I’m at a point now where I’m trying to streamline / slim down the kit I have. I only allow myself to buy something if I have a paid job I actually need it on.
Otherwise, I end up buying stuff I think I’ll need but hardly end up using it.
@@camsfilmarchive that’s a great rule of thumb! I hope I can preserve that lesson when it’s my time? 😜
instance 3, the top light for live music is supposed to create racoon eyes, how did you avoid that?
It’s because the light source is so large and soft. It is able to fill in those areas under the eyes. If it was a hard source from above, like the sun, it would have created those shadows.
