Too often we put trust into religious actions to earn us good standing with God. However, this is opposite of what’s taught in Scripture. Only justification through faith in Christ alone can offer us peace with God.
In Romans 2:25-29, Paul is preparing his audience for this point. Namely, he is tearing down any and every religious practice that the Jews had placed redemptive hope. His focus in these verses is to strip them of their false understanding of circumcision and show them their need, not for a mark of the flesh, but for a change of the heart.

Just found your channel, after losing touch with you after you released People over Profit and am finally heading the word of Christ, but have a long road to redemption ahead of me. Just wanted to say that the book is a great idea and I've noticed more conservative voices reaching out to children to provide truth from an early age. Brilliant idea. You may not approve and I am also not a fan of rap music, but I love seeing Christian rapper Tyson James also attempting to reach the young crowd by writing music with a message. His song about "2 Genders" also lyrically hits the nail on the head. Congratulations on continually providing the world with a great message and beautifully packaged at that.
