Yes printer could be a secondary actor if u consider it seperate from system (ATM). In this case I considered printer as part of ATM.

Quite a strange thing the User doesn't have the direct association with the Enter PIN use case 🤔
The include association doesn't mean the included use case interacts with the same actor since it may be automatically executed by the system.
