Great flight review. It's very disappointing that they didn't provide an amenity kit although the flight was very long.

Did you ask crew about amenity kit ? It is now upon request.

We actually did not. Amenity kit shouldn’t be “upon request”, it should be handed over to every passenger whether they need it or not. Thats simply cost cutting
