Depends. If your opponent only has one negate and you have vampire domain or can linkuriboh a familiar, yes. It works pretty well as long as you have a good starting hand. This decklist is.... ehhh.... Vampire awakening shouldnt be there or at least 1, vamp sorcerer should be 1, no vamp hunter, and ghost should DEFINITELY be 3. Maybe one domination and one terraforming. Zombie world and sucker are the asskickers for this deck. The optimal thing is to go first, but second is good if you can survive a negate or two. The best you can do is have voivode in the hand, ghost in the gy, sucker on the field, and zombie world up. You can then quick effect ghost from the gy, tribute two of your opponents monsters using zombie world and sucker(or wipe out 3 if you wanna use vampire vamp). If you play this deck correctly, using Beatrice xyz and vampire grace, you can do all this and get doomking out all in one go with just starting with vampire ghost and retainer/familiar, or something similar with unizombie+other vampire cards and luck
