    1. Revision of chapters 5 to 6 times is good
    Revising by recalling you notes not just by reading or copying.
    At least writting 10 percent of the notes during revision
    2. Walking around or easy/simple exercise or taking nap to improve focus and interest
    3. Taking enough amount of sleep atleast 6 hours because connection of learner topics happens while sleeping
    4. Memorizing hard topics by using mnemonics, flow charts and diagrams.
    5.revising studied class topic on same day not to leave for afterwards
    6. Always choose uncomfort over comfort.

    Most imp point is dopamine spike se bachna hai.
    Repetition 5-6 time necessary .
    In free time or while traveling somewhere we can recall our ch to increase productivity.
    Try to write all things on a paper that we recalled.

    Be AWAY FROM DOPAMINE LAYERING THINGS
    Kisibhi challenging activity ke just pehle aur just baad dopamine spike nahi karna from short term pleasures aur tell your mind that you like and enjoy doing painful and challenging things and not easy or interesting things
    So what we can do in breaks=> rest , recalling , lookin towards sky , small walk
    Boriyat se love karo
    " repetition is very important but agar emotionse jod dogeto Kam repetition sebhi kaam chal jaayega " - reasearch done(like- emotion = story
    Padhtewakht 4 phaltu sawal karo taake wo main chhoti chizto pakka yaad rahegi
    Notes padhtewakht apne aapse baat karte hue PAdho
    Recalling - recall likhte likhte and also without likhte likhte ⭐⭐⭐ v. Imp.
    10% each time write for strong memory

    4. Use flow chart, diagrams and minimonics.
    5. Recall and teach the content to your friends or your self.
    6. Take 6-7 hours sleep.
    7 . Take breaks after a study slot and also exercise.

    In this video bhaiya discussed about:1.Don't watch unnecessary contents or binge watch as it will raise ur dopamine to the highest and will result in lack of focus...2.Repetition is key revise a concept again and again even during travelling 3.Active recall not only while studying but at the end of every week ,months....4.During breaks u can exercise or walk to refresh urself and get ur energy back.5.Dont compromise with ur sleep....do ur best ! Train ur brain to do painful things ....

    The random kahani vali trick really works for me and all these tricks which are mentioned in this video really works i was very weak in biology but when I started revising again and again I can memorise the whole topic...
