Head, Chest and Stomach voice are related to vocal cords 3 /4 parts for Tarasaptak, Madhya Saptak and Manda saptak , respectively very good lessons . I was in search of this relationship of saptak swaras.

Jab mai riyaz karta hun to taar saptak K dhaa tak chala jata hun lekin jab koi song gata hun to maa paa tak awaz fatne lagti hai plz koi solution bataiye.

Iska reason hai aap stomach voice ka use kar rahe hain high notes pe jab aap koi song gaa rahe hain... you need to switch to head voice... awaz ko thoda light karna hai to head voice hoga... for high notes...

Kindly advise: I'm a 73 year old novice in the one and a half year old 'learn-singing" journey. I am spurred by the fact that till today I have not been able to get the feel of the notes when I listen to the song videos or try to sing myself- I don't know how should the notations of the lyrics be translated to the musical notes when I try to sing. This private sorrow is a colossal discouragement and is a continuing phenomenon. I want to rebegin or recommence.-What exactly should I do or from where should a beginning be made?
