I bought one from hikari and also money thrown out is not reliable. My whistle on the cellular tv fan and 5v charger cable, does not identify all phases in the socket whistle and wire are equal to 20cm already whistle. The screwdriver pen is reliable.

Why the blue light? The pink/red light is for power correct? The flash light is to help you see what you are doing, but what is the BLUE light for? Sorry just a confused newbie!
They say the blue light means you are near the power source, and the red light is when you're right on top on the source.. my manual says blue light is for 2 - 13 cm from the source.. It doesn't seem to work though, my entire wall gives blue or even red on random places.. places where I know power cables are it gives no red light.. very confusing
