If you want to do this yourself, all you need to do is maximize Mentor meter of those two characters. After You maximize mentor meter of both characters, Do random quest. Parallel quests do fine. After you clear random quest, The game's comment section should inform you that "Something is happening at the Patroller academy." Go straight to the Patroller academy classroom door, and enter. All you have to do then is watch these two individual characters talk it out.
After the scene is over you can talk to them in the classroom. If you exit classroom you can't get this scene happen again with your current custom character.
You also unlock special mark, which includes both characters you just met in the classroom.
Every time I see your character, I throw up in my mouth a little.
It's a masterpiece.

Interesting how both Goku and Raditz are atypical of saiyans. Raditz tries to use strategy over brute force, uses suckerpunches and clearly hasnt had a zenkai to power up compared to his allies. Meanwhile Goku is well... Goku... here Raditz criticised Bardock's logic of 'reeking of saiyans.' Man Gine must have been one hell of an eccentric saiyan if this is what her kids turned out like
Jo C idddk, Goku is more "Saiyan" than Raditz. Truthfully if Bardock and Goku meet, they'll immediately fight. Bardock would be proud. Gine on the other hand prob wouldn't fight and would prefer talking like Raditz. So Raditz has Gine's DNA dominant and Goku got Bardock DNA dominant
There's also the simple fact that Raditz is weak, and as much as he puts up a show, he *knows* it. I don't know how canon it is, but there's actually a small Raditz story out there that shows he basically cheated the "test" to qualify to start taking missions. First mission, the group can't handle it. Raditz gets out alive, gets picked up by Vegeta and Nappa after Planet Vegeta explodes.
And then I guess he goes to check up on his brother.
ImmortalEmperorMaster thing is goku fights yeah, but his motivations, while a little selfish, aren’t down to being a ‘proud race of warriors’ who conquer things, he does it for the fun, but also to protect what he loves. Saiyans don’t even stay with mates and romance is uncommon according to toriyama, so really neither of their parents are the run of the mill

Also I guess Nappa was showing where he teaches child psychology for high schoolers right before going to the movie studio in Hollywood.
This really shows the typical Saiyan way of parenting. Don't get me wrong, Bardock is way better than most Saiyan parents out there by a mile, but think of animals who have sex only to breed and leave their young to survive after infancy - that's the way of Saiyans. Raditz seems so "human" by comparison, desiring intimacy and acknowledgement from his betters...

Jeremy Doan you have to max out instructor each of them
You have to max out their social li-I mean "Mentor Bar". You do it by having them as a mentor, then playing as or with that particular character, and using there moves. There's also three dialogue sections that unlock marks for your character to show off online, but remember to read them because they wont ever say it again and there are not alot of UA-cam videos on it. It takes roughly 2 hours to get from 0-100%. Hope this helps.
