Cyx is just built different, not to mention that if there is 1 or 2 tank characters in the whole ow history that has never been unplayable regardless of the meta/team comps is hog and ball, the skill ceiling and their playstile are non counterable by any means, add that you have insane onetricks like cyx/chazm and always are gonna make this characters fit well in the ranked ladder
